This Video & Streaming Policy ("Policy") explains the terms on which Superposition NULL OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") permits you to record, livestream, publish, and monetize video content featuring the video games we develop, including UnLoop (the "Games"). UnLoop is developed by Superposition NULL OÜ and published by CM Games OÜ, which holds the intellectual property rights in the Game. This Policy is issued with the authority of CM Games OÜ, and the permissions set out below are granted on its behalf.
This Policy applies to everyone — individual content creators, streamers, video producers, journalists, and talent agencies and the creators they represent. No application, registration, or separate written agreement is required: by creating and publishing content in accordance with this Policy, you have our permission. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and prevails over them in the event of any conflict concerning video content.
Subject to the conditions set out below, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to:
Record, capture, livestream, and broadcast audiovisual footage of the Games, including gameplay, menus, cinematics, and in-game audio, whether captured in virtual reality, mixed reality, or through a spectator camera.
Publish, upload, and distribute that footage — including full playthroughs, walkthroughs, reviews, tutorials, speedruns, clips, highlights, short-form video, and edited or commentary-based works — on YouTube, Twitch, Niconico, bilibili, X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, VK, Telegram, and any comparable video or streaming platform.
This permission applies worldwide, without time limit, and without any obligation to notify us or seek further approval. There are no spoiler restrictions: full playthroughs, puzzle solutions, endings, and post-credits content may all be shown.
You may monetize video content created under this Policy. Permitted forms of monetization include, without limitation:
Platform advertising revenue and revenue-sharing programmes.
Channel memberships, subscriptions, and paid tiers.
Super Chat, Super Thanks, Bits, Stars, and equivalent platform tipping features.
Viewer donations, tips, and crowdfunding contributions, including Patreon, Boosty, and Ko-fi.
Affiliate revenue arising from platform programmes.
We claim no share of any revenue you earn from such content, and we will not issue copyright claims or takedown requests against content that complies with this Policy.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Games — including source code, artwork, characters, environments, models, textures, animations, user interface, level design, narrative, dialogue, sound design, logos, and the names and marks "UnLoop" and "Superposition NULL", whether registered or unregistered — are and remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. In the case of UnLoop, those rights are held by CM Games OÜ, and this Policy is issued with its authority.
This Policy grants a limited licence to use footage of the Games in video content. It does not transfer, assign, or sell any ownership interest, and it grants no right in the Games beyond what is expressly stated above.
You own the original creative elements you contribute to your video — your commentary, performance, editing, presentation, and original overlays — and you may exploit your video commercially as permitted by this Policy. You do not thereby acquire any rights in the underlying Game footage or assets.
Nothing in this Policy permits you to use our trademarks or logos other than to identify the Game appearing in your content, or in any manner suggesting sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation where none exists.
The permissions above apply only if you comply with all of the following. You may not:
Distribute, share, host, or make available the Game itself, or any build, executable, installer, patch, archive, or game file, in whole or in part.
Extract, rip, decompile, or redistribute Game assets — including music, sound effects, voice recordings, 3D models, textures, artwork, cinematics, or trailers — as standalone files or as content separated from a video about the Game.
Present the Game, or any part of it, as your own work, or publish content that misrepresents its origin or authorship.
Sell Game footage as a product in its own right. Publishing on a monetized channel, including one offering membership perks or early access to supporters, is permitted and is not affected by this restriction.
Use Game footage or assets to produce or sell merchandise, physical goods, printed materials, NFTs, or digital collectibles.
Use Game footage or assets as training data for machine learning or generative artificial intelligence models, or to generate synthetic media derived from the Games.
Publish content that is unlawful, or that promotes hatred, harassment, or violence against any person or group, or place the Game alongside such material.
Use footage obtained from a leaked, stolen, or unauthorized build, or from any build provided to you under an embargo or confidentiality obligation, before that obligation expires.
Use cheats, exploits, or modifications to misrepresent the Game's content or performance in a manner intended to deceive viewers.
Register, claim, or assert copyright ownership over Game footage or assets through Content ID or any equivalent rights-management system.
Some elements of the Games, including certain music and audio, are licensed to us by third parties. Those licences permit inclusion of the materials in the Games, but do not permit us to grant onward rights in the materials themselves. The permissions in this Policy therefore cover your recording and broadcast of a Game as a whole, and are not a licence to any underlying third-party material for separate or independent use.
Automated content-recognition systems on some platforms may occasionally flag licensed music even where its use is authorized. If you receive a claim of this kind on content that complies with this Policy, contact us and we will assist in resolving it.
Creators who prefer to avoid such claims entirely can set music volume to zero in the in-game audio settings. Sound effects and voice audio are unaffected, and the Game remains fully playable and presentable without the soundtrack. Streaming with the music muted is expressly permitted and breaches no provision of this Policy.
This Policy covers organic, self-directed content, including content monetized as described above. It does not cover:
Content featuring a Game as part of a paid promotion, brand sponsorship, or advertising arrangement with a third party.
Content produced under a commercial agreement in which a third party directs or compensates the featuring of a Game.
Use of a Game in advertising, commercials, or promotional material for any product, service, or organisation.
Such use requires our prior written permission. Requests are welcome and are usually straightforward. This restriction exists so that our Games are not associated with sponsors or campaigns we have had no opportunity to consider, and is not intended to discourage commercial creators.
Journalists, reviewers, and outlets may rely on this Policy for coverage of released Games without seeking separate permission. Coverage of unreleased builds, review copies, or press builds is additionally subject to any embargo terms communicated when the build was provided. Press assets, screenshots, key art, and logos for editorial use are available on request.
Non-commercial fan creations inspired by the Games — fan art, illustrations, animations, music covers, cosplay, written works, and clip compilations — are welcome and permitted, subject to Sections 3 and 4. Commercial exploitation of fan works requires our prior written permission.
We may revoke or suspend the permissions granted under this Policy in respect of any specific person or entity, at any time, where content breaches this Policy or applicable law, or where content is used to harass, defraud, or cause harm. Revocation will be communicated in writing and takes effect on receipt. Nothing in this Policy limits any right or remedy available to us under applicable law.
This Policy is a permission, not a partnership. It creates no agency, joint venture, employment, or partnership relationship between you and us, and does not oblige us to provide game keys, review copies, technical assistance, promotion, or any other support. We make no warranty that content created under this Policy will be free of claims asserted by third parties or by automated systems operated by platforms.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Changes to this Policy, and any revocation of it, do not retroactively affect content published in good faith while a previous version was in force.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of your country of residence.
